As part of our ongoing commitment to creating positive social value, a team of 23 colleagues took on the challenge of climbing Snowdon to raise funds for Your Ideas.

The challenge brought together employees from across the business and despite the physical demands of the climb, every member of the team successfully reached the summit. We are proud to say everyone completed the challenge in just five hours!

Beyond the achievement itself, the event demonstrated the values that underpin our organisation—teamwork, resilience, collaboration, and a commitment to giving back. Our team supported one another throughout the day, overcoming challenges together while raising awareness and funds for an important cause.

The fundraiser generated £2306.85- every contribution will help Your Ideas School continue its work supporting young people and creating opportunities for future generations.

One particularly memorable example of determination came when a team member completed a significant portion of the route in just socks after their walking boots disintegrated!

This challenge is one of many initiatives through which we aim to make a positive contribution to the communities in which we work.
