The existing metal roof and rooflights at Renault Alpine F1’s factory were aging towards the end of there life and required a revamp.

Working closely with main contractor EPS Construction & Brett Martin Daylight systems, a plan was crated to replace the existing rooflights with new Polycarbonate Barrel Vault skylights and overlay the existing metal roof with Sika Sarnafil’s premium mechanically fixed membrane. Installing additional insulation to the build up further improved the buildings thermal efficiency. A bespoke rainwater drainage system designed and fabricated by our in-house fabricators P&H Fabrications ensured water runoff was managed by new aluminium, Sika Sarnafil lined powder coated guttering & powder coated aluminium downpipes.

A tight timescale put further pressure on the build however through strong communication, highly trained operatives and effective management by all parties involved this project was completed ahead of deadline and within budget.
