New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton was a large single ply roof at over 4000m². Again, we worked closely with the main contractor as many aspects were added to our works once we were on site. Originally a single ply project only, we then undertook a varied range of works including the fabricating and installation of a 500m² aluminium soffit planks and bullnose system to an Ambulance canopy, fabrication and installation of two 1000m² out-buildings in a bespoke interlocking aluminium rain-screen system, 700m² of hot melt structural waterproofing and numerous refurbishment roofs to the existing buildings.
IKO Permatec Ecowrap Hotmelt system to the Tugway ramp. Sarnafil single-ply systems to the Main roof, ambulance & entrance canopies, various other roofs and canopies. Aluminium cladding to the Substation and Decontamination units. Aluminium cappings, soffits and fascias to various areas.
