RLW Roofing was appointed by BAM Construction to deliver the roofing and cladding package for the new Higham Lane North Academy in Nuneaton. This modern education facility has been designed to support a growing student population, providing high-quality teaching spaces and a contemporary learning environment.

Roofing Works

RLW installed a comprehensive roofing package tailored to meet both performance and durability requirements across the site.

A Bauder Bakor hotmelt roofing system was applied, offering a long-lasting waterproofing solution. This was complemented by Bauder hybrid felt parapets, along with stone and paving finishes to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

In addition, Bauder built-up felt roofing systems were installed across designated areas, alongside Bauder PV solar frames to support the integration of renewable energy solutions.

Cladding & Fabrication

RLW delivered a high-quality cladding package designed to enhance both the appearance and thermal performance of the building. Eurobond composite cladding was installed in conjunction with Rockpanel rainscreen cladding, incorporating fire-rated Rockwool Duo Slab insulation to meet stringent safety and performance standards.

Bespoke PPC aluminium window flashings and feature bands were also included as part of the façade design. These elements were measured on site, fabricated at our in-house P&H Fabrications, and expertly installed to ensure a precise and high-quality finish.
